Terms and Conditions
Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of voucher issue. Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged for goods or services obtained at SMH Photography Ltd. Credit can not be given for purchases of less than the value of the Gift Voucher presented, however any outstanding credit on a voucher can be used towards other products or services offered by SMH Photography.
Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services of a higher value on payment of the difference. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and SMH Photography reserve the right not to accept vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, or otherwise tampered with. SMH Photography will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered from in connection with the Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
